Your First Visit
We will reserve about an hour for your first visit. A member of our front office team will greet you and review your paperwork when you arrive. For your convenience, our new patient forms are available online. You can print them and bring them with you to your appointment to save time. After your paperwork has been completed, Dr. Chapman or Dr. Puderbaugh will see you promptly.
Your Comprehensive Exam
Your dentist will review your medical history and discuss any concerns that you may have. Then, he or she will thoroughly examine your soft tissues and bite, screen you for oral cancer, perform a tooth-by-tooth inspection, and take any necessary X-rays. Financial Arrangements
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks (for existing patients with an established payment history). If you need an extended payment option, we work with several trusted names in third-party financing. Dental Insurance
We currently accept all private care insurance plans (plans that do not require you to select a dentist from a list or require our office to accept a reduced fee for service) and are in-network with a few plans as well.
